Looks like the new years coming. Im not exactly dreading it but considering the fact that its also A level year, it makes sense to call my feeling of passivity "Dread". Its time for a new and fresh start. Its time to make new years resolutions which we never really keep (save for the first few days), get a new hair cut to head for a fresh start and sleep in preperation for the new year. Apparently America agrees with me too. Now they are heading towards a new headstart as well with the upcoming elections and the getting rid of skeletons in the closet ala Saddam Hussein. Im suprised that they excecuted him so fast. Or even better, even excecuted him. Isnt there a law that provides immunity for the heads of states despite what charges they recieve? Plus on the basis that they charged him with, its really too flimsy. It is known that several other powerful people such as Chiang Kai-Shek have done even more henious things that that, yet were given protection. Hah. Personally, i think his execution is riddled with dirty politics. Its pitiful to see Saddam even uptil the point of his death to insist that he did the best for his country. It showed that he may have believed that he did do his best and this is his attempt to preserve whatever little dingy dignity he has left. Of course this was not to say that Saddam was Mr nice guy, his crimes against humanity are pretty much known.

Anyway, i want to elaborate more on the facil camp/training. The last 3 days were packed with outdoor activities and mass dance. The new mass dance is fun! Although a little confusing at first, after awhile you would get the hang of it. Ha-ha, i only know the guys steps because i partnered up with Laura who became the girl. Im hoping Gareth (my facil/ogl partner) would allow me to be the guy during the mass dances all the time but that would be pretty unfair. The mass dance is a hiphop style so its distinctly different from all those retro-mambojumbo we had. I miss jitterbug though, that was really fun. Tomorrow team Aki is coming over to my place to do up the banners and flags in preperation for finale night. Mapleman hahahha. Most of the activities the councillors had planned were pretty good, maybe except for a few setbacks here and there. Its carrying it out is what im the most afraid of.

If i had my camera right now, ill take a picture of my facil shirt and booklet. But since i dont and i dropped my dads phone which has a clear display just now, i cant. I wonder when the trio are going for suntec starbucking. I should also call Kat soon, we just have to chat. Stupid canon called at 6pm yesterday to say that my camera was ready for collection. If only they took into account that they are closed on the weekend and its a public holiday on monday,..i couldve had it back in my arms right now.

I doubt ill be blogging tomorrow to commemerate the new year so im just going to continue to sprout off. Thou shall play hard and work harder next year. WAHAHAHAHHHAHAHA WE'VE GOT 3 DIFFERENT KINDS OF CAKE IN THE HOUSE AS I SPEAK. This is a signal for 'i gtg'. Have a nice new years everybody =).
