So far i have adjusted to life back in Singapore already. I keep on falling asleep though. Yesterday, the chinese teacher let me continue sleeping in class because the rest tried to reason with him i had jet lag. Theres one point in time where i believe the chinese teacher was looking at me and said "sui jiao le?". Then i honestly wasnt sleeping but i faked it anyway. Nevertheless, i fell asleep 0.013 seconds later.
The class seatings all different now. I am now sitting in between cephas and katirina, two lucky asses. I will unleash the new nickname i learnt that cephas recieved from the fencing mates tomorrow. It starts with a T.
Today my grandfather, aunties and Brice came over to visit my mom who had quite a bit of coffee cake. I did a video of my grandad for my project work which initially i felt a little
paiseh about because i didnt really want to trouble him. I was really glad that i did so though because my mom told me that lately hes been feeling down because he feels like hes useless as hes old and my grandmother died early this year. Helping me with my video gave him this new surge of confidence which im proud as a grandaughter to assist with. I had to retake the video though because i accidently caught Brice on video, sitting on the chair and shaking his legs like some towkay.
I am looking for Kaki for night study. Do reply to this advertisment haha.

Im finally back in singapore and am sitting comfortably on my computer chair typing this entry out. Initially, it seems surreal that im back in singapore when i was just eating my S'mores bar back in cambridge some 18 hours ago. I really miss that place and the weather. When we touched down singapore, i was hit by this sudden emptiness and a sense of alienation. Christopher agreed with me that we had already adjusted to the cambridge system which is why i think itll take some time for me to immerse myself back in singaporean culture.
Which isnt too hard though, i just had a delicious plateful of nasi padang.
Things arent going to be easy at home because mom just had her tumor removed and is undergoing radiation treatment. Though the radiation treatment wont make her hair fall out (she was damn relieved for that for she just had a new dye job), it would make her slightly depressed and weak. It was just last week where she found out about her cancer and last week when she removed it. Theres no need for panic though, the tumor was barely forming into the first stage when she found it. Shes fine though and thanks to everyone who had showered their concerned. It seems like the whole world found out before me.. .
Anyway, as a shoutout to the cambridge people, i really enjoyed my stay there. It is true that friends make anywhere enjoyable. This is a little lame, and maybe bordering on the slight of retarded, but heres what i think of when the following names crop up:
