Ignore the title, i didnt eat rice and curry today. I just couldnt think of anything else. Uptil now i still cant believe im one of the selected to go for that cambridge history program, but of course, theres always a catch. I had to write an 'selection' essay on colonialism and hand it up by monday. Truth to be told, i wrote it already. I spend 4 bloody hours on the thing because i was looking through notes, a sterling book and ok, msn chat. I really hope that i would get into the program but i wouldnt be disappointed if i dont get in anyway. Theres plus and minus points for the program, one of which is that ill miss 7 days worth of school work/notes/lectures (plus point) which ill probably have to mug my ass off to catch up intime for promos (thats a minus point). Either way, wish me luck :)
My dad gave me back my camera because of that. He confiscated it last night because he thought i was taking pictures of him.
I posted up some photos, both on study sessions, one alone and the other one with lionel and matthew. Today sam and vic came over to my house to study. It was rather successful, we studied within 300 seconds. Before that, we were making videos doing our hit theme song "Im too sexy"LOL. Victoria added her own personal touch.
Today is international friendship day, thanks kat for the gummy bears. During lit, some j2 girls came by to class to deliver cookies. They asked for two girls named "Eunice" and "Charlene", hearing my name, i brisked walked to them happily grinning at the thought perhaps maybe a secret admirer. Wah. Thats damn flattering. Anyway, i grabbed the packet of cookies and sat down, admiring it until i saw the card that read: "To shalini. Happy friendship day. From: Shalini".
Damn sad.
I gave it back anyway, haha, i shouldve just eaten it as compensation. Ok, its 2.15 in the morning and i still have fencing tmr (which is a godforsaken saturday!). Nite nite

Just came back from school or more accurately, fencing training. My legs are so sore from all the running we had to do yesterday, i guess it was the upslope hill outside school that did it. Today fencing training was tiring because of all the lunges we had to do. Victoria was almost on the verge of screaming at the sound of the word "Lunge".
Just now sam and I did our "Im too sexy routine" on the way back to the fencing room, some tennis guy saw us and he was like "what?". I didnt think we were that loud.
I'm going to taka now to eat sundanese or katsudon. My dad has a craving for either one and moms not here. Before she left, she asked me to try this perfume which she SPRAYED RIGHT INTO MY EYE. Its tearing now and its getting red. It smells nice though. Ha.Ha.
Ok, getting rushed out, i have yet to put all my stuff into a handbag. Tata.

Just came back from the parents-teachers meeting and the talk was interesting yet boring at the same time. In honest truth, brother pauls talk was the most entertaining, i really fell asleep during the talk on CCAs. Actually, i did, for 2 minutes before my dad jerked me up awake.
Its a really tiring day today, and THATS without pe. I guess its because we mugged in the canteen from 2-6 trying to finish our history tutorial outline and trying to block ourselves from distractions (that took an hour).
Katrina went missing for 2 hours leaving her phone and wallet with us, the temptation to take the wallet away was great.
Sam and i have a new greeting. It goes like this.
